Well, there is a secret doctor very few ordinary people know about. Dr. Popolopulis is a magical, winged liger and a friend to the creatures of mythology and dreams. And he might live closer than you think.

The story of Popolopulis follows the adventures of a magical liger as he tries to cure and help the strange creatures that turn up on the doorstep of the house he shares with his newly adopted family. Helped by the two children that live there: Isak, a twelve-year-old boy with a quick-thinking mind and an obsession with all things tech, and Katie, a nine-year-old girl with a deep love for all creatures, but most of all cats.

However, the basement of the house where Dr. Popolopulis lives turns out to hold more secrets, surprises and hilarities than the children could have ever imagined.
